BUG: After last 2 updates Proclaim crashes when editing/uploading.

After the last 2 updates, whenever I attempt to upload new content (lyrics, video, etc.) to my already existing presentation Proclaim freezes and I have to force quit the program. I am using a MAC and this isn't the first time I've had this issue (it usually occurs about every other update).
Please advise as soon as possible.

Sherri, can you give me a little more detail on what occurred with your latest crash? Were you trying to load a song that already existed in your collection? Were you trying to upload a new song? Which menu were you using: the menu in the upper right with your username? Or the "File..." link the service item itself? Were you perhaps doing something different altogether? More detailed steps will really be useful in drilling down into this issue. Thank you.

Hi Ann,
I was trying to remove a song that was already uploaded into the presentation. On another ocassion, I was trying to upload a new video file from my computer. The freezing always occurs when I hit "Control-Delete" on an item in the presentation or when I select "add-Video/Song/Content" from the menu. When I do those action steps Proclaim freezes then I have to force quit out of the program.

Sherri, I'm not able to reproduce the issue you are experiencing, but I have passed your logs along to the developers so they can investigate further. Can you tell me about the computer you are using: the processor, and how much memory it has?

Processor: 2.53 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
Memory: 4GB 1067 NHz DDR3
Before the update yesterday everything worked fine, not sure if that helps :-)

Sherri, it looks like you have a third-party codec installed (3ivx). We do not support third party codecs, so you will want to update or remove these, which should resolve your issue. Let us know if you continue to have problems.
