Almost every time there is an update installed, I end up having to completely remove Proclaim from the office computer, clean the online app cache and reinstall the program. I clicked to open Proclaim today and I again received the message that the application can't be started. I have once again removed the program and cleaned the online app cache, restarted the computer, and tried to download Proclaim again, but the below error message is what I get. This is not happening on any other computer in our church running Proclaim. Please help! 
The office computer is running Windows Vista Home Basic. Maybe the problem is because of this? Thanks!
