How do I import my scripture list from logos 4 to proclaim?

No, there is not a direct way to import a Passage List from Logos 4 to Proclaim. I'd encourage you to post your idea to our Uservoice page here: http://proclaim.uservoice.com/

I saw an email that said you could import stuff from your study from Logos 4 to Proclaim.

Logos Desktop is able to send images, bible references
and selected text from resources and guides to Proclaim. We currently do not
have this for Passage Lists. I encourage you to request this feature on Logos Desktop's UserVoice page. http://logos.uservoice.com/forums/42823-logos-bible-software-40
