Countdown video in "Warm Up" section repeats with options greyed out
The Warm Up section says that items in there will play only once but I have a countdown video in there and under the Settings Tab, the options for "When the clip ends" are greyed out with the "Loop Continuously" option selected with no way to change it.
How do I get this changed? I don't want the video to repeat, i want it to play once and then go to the next slide but this option is greyed out.

In fact, when you have a video in any of the non-Service sections (such as Warm Up), the video will play once and then move on. This is the only allowed behavior for a video in a non-Service section. The settings for "When the clip ends" are disabled when the video is moved out of the Service section, and we do not respect whatever option is selected.
The reason we do not change the displayed setting when the video gets moved to a non-Service section is because, if a user moved the video into the Warm-Up section by mistake and then back to the Service section, we want to preserve their original desired setting.

That is the problem, it does not play once and move on. It is repeating. That is the problem I am posting. The fact that it repeats and does not move on

I am unable to reproduce this behavior: for me, the video plays once and then moves to the next service item.

Could you also describe the presentation you have now: are there other service items in the Warm-Up, and if so, what kind? Are there service items before and/or after the video service item? Do you also have a Pre-Service Loop? What is the first service item type in the Service?

I have a pre-service loop that runs and then at 5 minutes until the service time, the Warm up countdown runs. The only other thing in the warmup section after the countdown is a single slide that says "Let's Stand". I want the countdown to complete and then go to that slide but the countdown completes and then starts over again. I will add that I have tested this before and it has worked correctly before but lately it has not been working.
I dont have the computer we used this weekend when it did not work. I just tried locally and it worked so I am not sure what the issues but ever since we started using Proclaim (3 weeks now) it has always started repeating the countdown
I just tried again and when the countdown completed, it started over again. here are the logs:

Michael, I was able to reproduce this behavior. It looks like this only occurs if you manually skip ahead in the video. I wasn't able to reproduce it when I let the video play all the way through and didn't manually skip ahead.
Nevertheless, I would still not expect to see that behavior and I am filing a case for this. Thank you.

Okay. This past Sunday we did not skip ahead and let it run normally and it repeated. But I also had a problem with it recognizing the start time and it kept trying to start the countdown too early. I will see if it does it again this week and if so, i will make sure to get the logs off the church computer and will re post them here. Other than these few hiccups, it has been working pretty good.
