Proclaim crash?
Upon trying to open Proclaim this weekend, receive message "Application cannot be started. Contact the application vendor."
Have also been unable to reinstall or even download the software. Any suggestions?

Hello Brian,
What was the operating system of the computer you were trying to open Proclaim on? Have you ever been able to open it on that computer before? Has anything changed on that computer between the last time you tried to open (successfully) and now?

Hi Ann,
It's a Windows 7 computer that we've used with Proclaim most of this year. Have never had issues. The only thing that had changed was that some Windows updates had installed, specifically one dealing with Outlook.
