Utilizing multiple ministries with Proclaim

The issue I am seeing, which I can't seem to find a solution for is: I want different ministries to be able to use Proclaim, so I created groups for each ministry.  It seems a different license would be required for each group, which would end up costing a ton!  So, is there a way to have different folders or something within the main Proclaim group instead, sorta like Planning Center has, where a person can be given access to only that project.  My fear is someone opening up and messing with a presentation that they shouldn't be.  I.e. I want the high school ministry to only be able to work on presentations for them, and not be able to change/access the ones I do for main service.  Please advise. Thanks!

    Hi Joe,

Licenses are on a per-group basis, and there is no way to assign sub-groups or to assign different editing permissions to different group members. We use http://proclaim.uservoice.com as a venue for people to suggest product improvements and to upvote other user suggestions; I would encourage you to voice your suggestion there.
