Need wisdom - no preview when hovering over linked passages in notes

I have no preview when hovering over linked passages in notes. I have the index finger icon and hover preview works fine on Bible cross references and commentary references of Scripture. I have called techs on 4 different occasions now and done a full reinstall. I am running on Mountain Lion 10.8.2 with a MacBook Pro Retina.

Tech seems to think I have a problem with some other software interfering. Any insight from others is VERY much appreciated. Note: I can roll over passage in notes, hold down COMMAND, and the preview will appear.

Pic shows preview over reference passage. Yet when I link a passage or past a commentary, the passage or citation (linked in blue), will not preview normally.

Any clue what program could be interfering?

Are you using any features/software to block popups in your browser or on your machine?

Not to my knowledge. I typically use Safari as my browser but don't know of any features/software that is interfering. I have an older iMac with some of the same software (Mountain Lion), and it works fine.

Just to be clear, believe your are saying that when you hover over Lamar Eugene Cooper, you receive no popup. Is this correct?

Have no idea what could be interfering. Could you post some logs? Then more technically inclined among us might be able to spot something

Yes, Jack. Citations that have been pasted and Scripture that has been linked (besides references automatically put in notes) has no preview....except when I hover over and hold down COMMAND key. I have gathered logs before...the techs saw them and said nothing was there. They copied and pasted my notes into their CPU and it worked fine...evidently there is something on my MB Retina that is getting in the way, although I have no clue what it is.

I will do logs if someone wants to see them. I have attempted to quit some background apps - wonder if it's one of them...no luck yet.

Did the techs remotely connect to your computer? This might allow them to see more than just your logs.

If the Logos techs don't know, are you near an Apple Store? You might need to make a Genius Bar appointment. They may know if another program is interfering with Logos. It might be worth it, and many are open on the weekends so they might be able to figure it out.

Good idea. Never been to one as none are close. I am going to Tampa next week so maybe hit the one there.

Anybody ELSE having this issue? Any MBPro Retina users running Mountain Lion NOT having this issue?
