What Happened to NT Exegesis (Fee) and OT Exegesis (Stuart)?

It appears (from hyperlinking from Logos materials) that New Testament Exegesis by Gordon Fee and Old Testament Exegesis by Stuart Douglas used to be sold by Logos. They don't appear so anymore and I wondered if there is any chance that these might be sold on Logos again? I can get the book by Douglas on Kindle, but would rather have it in a Bible program. So this is a suggestion to bring them back!

I think there is an issue with the publisher. I purchased them while in seminary because they were required textbooks. So they were sold by Logos. I hope they will sell them again and make them available on mobile devices.

I have thought that Logos has had a problem with the publisher (Westminster John Knox), but there is a slight incongruity—they are currently offering the Battles translation of Calvin, Institute of the Christian Religion which is published by … guess who.
