Activation Code

I purchased an on air license for Proclaim. I did not receive any activation code. It actually appears that I was charged twice for an on air license. I downloaded the software and I have gone to the "Purchase and on-air license" section on the software and it does not show that I have a license. I need assistance with this.

Is your congregation less than 100 people on average, or 100-200?
