HI we are having 2 services now in my church for the last 2 weeks i put in 9:00am under the service time and its goes off fine but when I change the time to 11:00am for the next service it keeps showing the video way before 10:55
We'll look into this issue Elizabeth. There are a couple things you can try that may help.
1. After you put the new start time in the field, be sure to click the arrow to the right of it. Then, for good measure, I would click the little little yellow sync icon in the upper right hand corner of the app to force the presentation to sync.
2. The other option is to create a duplicate presentation for the second service, so you would switch between presentations, with each presentation having it's correct start time already entered. To do this, find your presentation under OPEN and right click on it to choose DUPLICATE. Rename the duplicated service as your second service, and change the time.
Either of these options will help you. I will also look into why the time has not switched for you in the past.
