Graceway Media! Help!!

i called Logos and i told them i wanted the full package to use on proclaim. When i go to gracewaymedia.com i try to sign up and its telling me to by the package again. what do i do? Thanks

Hello Francisco,

Graceway is a completely separate company from Logos. Purchasing the "full package" for Proclaim gives you the ability to use the Proclaim application on air without a watermark. Integrations with other services such as Planning Center Online or Graceway Media are just convenient ways to access what you have paid for on those other sites. To use Graceway Media you will need to purchase a separate package from them first.

I'm sorry you had the wrong impression about what Proclaim comes with. Our church cannot afford to use Graceway Media on top of Proclaim, so I can sympathize.
