Graceway Total Media

Earlier today I purchased a On Air License - <100 for 1 year and the Graceway Total Media subscription. It seems that I am being charged to include videos and images from the store. Why is this please?

I THINK i've figured it out .... store purchase are extra $$$ but "My CONTENT" is part of the $399 subscription. (?)

I am not a 'Graceway' subscriber - but I don't think you have 'figured it out'.

As I understand it Graceway is a subscription service and once you pay you get full use of all their resources.

If nobody replies from Logos - I would take this up with customer services.

Simon, the items you see available for purchase in the store are from a different publisher, not Graceway Media. You have all of the Graceway items included in your Total Media subscription, but there are additional videos from Highway Media available for purchase from the store.
