On Sunday, 10/28 we lost the remote capability w/ proclaim. We rebooted, it connected, then went out!

Could you tell me a little bit more about what happened when it "went out"?
- Did the iPad app itself crash (just suddenly close)?
- Did you get any sort of popup message, a "rendering request failed" or something along those lines?
- Did it work for part of the presentation and then stop for the remainder of the presentation, or did it not work at all for any part of the presentation?
- Have you had success with controlling your presentations with Proclaim Remote in the past?
This appears to be related to connectivity issues with your wifi, but the Remote should still be handling the connectivity problems more gracefully. I have filed a case to have our developers look into this. Thank you.
Was there a solution? Why does this happen? Trying to figure out if it's our wifi capacity or something else? For me it happened right during the preservice loop.
This has happened to me two weeks in a row. It also locks up the projection computer. I also posted on a separate post this issue. I hope it can get resolved NOW!
