Content Failed to Download/Syncing Issue

This morning I got onto Proclaim to enter the information for this Sunday and nothing will sync into the program. I have the song lyrics and scriptures from last week but no background pictures, videos, photo slideshows, powerpoint slideshows or anything else. When I try to change or add anything it forces the program to close. The sync graphic is showing that there is an error and reads "some of the required content failed to download, please click to try again." I've obviously clicked it multiple times and even closed and reopened the program multiple times. What is the next step?

it is popssible the proclaim servers simply were affected by a database maintenance that lasted for the last hour or so.
Maybe retry helps, now they're back online?
