I am still new to Proclaim, having just paid for the license yesterday, but really like the way it lays out the entire service. The issue I am having has to do with playing videos on a Windows laptop. I set up the service on my Mac at home and then went in to the church to sync/download the videos onto the computer at the church. This was after updating it to the newest version.
Once that was completed - without any problems - the videos simply display the beginning picture and nothing else. There is no way to play them, whether in the edit or live screen. Is there something I need to update? The videos play fine on their own. The videos are a combination of mpg and mp4 files.
