Exegetical Guide - Word by Word

I have found this to be more tedious to work with than in V3 simply because of how the window populates. I think having all the text on the top is easier to use if you have a pericope open, but want to access a word in the latter verses. As it is now, you need to scroll and scroll. V3 had it at the very top. I also wish there was a way to have the sections populate closed again to avoid the scrolling.
I think being able to look at the pericope and select where I want to go easily is the more elegant solution.

John,
I know that this isn't going to bring V3's method back but this is what I did based on a suggestion by Philip or TC...i can't remember.
I made a custom guide and chose "only these parts of speech" and checked none.
the guide comes up with just the verses showing, and then clicking on a word opens just that word I'd like to study...less scrolling, more control....

Wow... Thank you, Robert!
There's LOTS there for us, even if we do have to learn new ways to accomplish "familiar" tasks!
Thanks for sharing... should something like this be on the wiki? (I for one would like a written memory, when I come back to this in my weekly research)...
Grace & Peace,
Bill

Robert, this is a great tip. I do use this whenever I decide to use the BWS, but still think that having all the verses in the pericope on top is more elegant and useful.

John,
I also liked that way to accomplish an EG...though i'm not sure if it's just habit or it was actually better.. [:D]

Robert,
I have worked with your proposed method a bit more and have found that perhaps you are right.. it is just different.
