Cannot access Proclaim Application from my Laptop PC

Good day,

When I tried logging into proclaim it took me to a process of updating. The update process then keeps getting stuck at 15% when stops. I then get the following error log.

Please help urgently as i need to be ready for tomorrow's church service.
