Confidence Screen Not Working

I am wondering why the confidence screen is not working.  All it displays is "[logo] content" throughout the entire presentation.  I am running windows 7.

    I am not able to reproduce the problem you describe. While you are on the Logo screen, whether in the pre-service countdown or if you transition to the Logo quickscreen during the service, you will indeed see "[LOGO] CONTENT" displayed on the confidence monitor. However, once you transition away from the Logo screen, you should see a simple text version of what is appearing on the Slides display. 

    Are you still seeing this issue? Could you send us logs? Have you had success with the confidence screen working for you in the past? 

    Also, are you sure you have it set to "Confidence" and not "Notes"? They appear similar (simple white-on-black text), but Notes will only show content if you have notes entered for that service item.
