Version 5 install problem

I'm getting a error during the intall.

It says 

Error writing file: C:\Users\Richard\|AppDate\Local\Logos4\System\AsyncStream.dll. Verify that you have access to that directory.

I have gone to that directory and that particular dll file is not there. Can you help?
