Confidence window & using an iPad as a remote

Greetings all: I'm new to Proclaim - but have few questions;

1) I'm using my Macbook Pro to build presentations - I generally understand how to add items and move content around. That computer is not hooked up to an external monitor at this point. When I hit "On Air" I get the presentation on the screen as expected. When is the confidence window present? Only when I'm hooked up to an external monitor?

2) I have installed the Proclaim app on my iPhone and iPad. In looking at the screen pic shown in the Apple Store, I see that you can get the Order of Service window as your view, but I can't figure out how to get that window to show. How do I get that window to show?

3) I put my Macbook in to "On Air" mode and now want to control from my iPad or iPhone, I start the app and select the presentation, and the presentation loads, but paging through the presentation on the remote does not change the presentation being shown on my Macbook (again, without a second monitor). What am I doing wrong?

1) Yes, you will only see the Confidence or other output feeds once you have an external monitor hooked up. Once you do have an external monitor hooked up, you can go to the "Settings" menu and select which output feed you would like to go to which monitor.

2) The Order of Service menu can be shown by tapping on the icons highlighted in the screenshots on iPad and iPhone:

3) You should make sure you are Controlling the presentation, not simply viewing it. Once your presentation goes "On Air" (and you do have to first take it On Air on your computer), it should appear in the "Control" rather than "View" section, accompanied by a "Control" button. Tap the Control button, and then you should be able to successfully control your presentation via your mobile device.

I understand what you replied regarding #1 - It makes sense and I will be testing that shortly.

With regards to #2 and #3, I didn't realize that the "Control" button is available a) once you've gone "On Air" and b) under the "Open" presentation workflow. Now I see it. I was starting the app and it was loading my last accessed presentation by default, and thus I didn't see the "Control" button since I wasn't going to "Open". Once I tapped "Control" I see the icons as pictured above.
