Hey all 
I just have a question about the forum guidelines. A couple of things users are not supposed to do are:
- promote or link to competitors
- point people to other places that sell Logos-compatible products
My question is... Why?
I understand the "promote" bit. Don't use the forums to advertise other software. But link to? And why not talk about other places to get Logos-compatible products?
I would hope that as a supposedly Christian company, Logos would want us to be good stewards of our money. So, what is the objection to us saying "Hey, ________ has a great deal on _______." Is it just because Logos wouldn't get the sale? And if so, doesn't that seem a little wrong? (Yes I do understand they're running a business).
Don't get me wrong, I do like Logos and the software. But I'd like to know how the Logos team would answer.
