Is there a way to print out the books in a collection?

I assume you mean to print out which books are contained in a collection.
If so, click on the icon at the top left of the Collection panel and select Print / Export

Open the collection you wish to print. Click on the the box in the upper left hand corner. Click on print/export. or just press ctrl +p when in the collections window.
