Using imported slides for Songs

We subscribe to Churchart.com and are planning to use a co-ordinated set of graphics for both print and slides during the Advent Christmas season. I know how to import a PowerPoint slide, that's no problem, but how do I "tell" Proclaim that I want to use that slide for a song and have Proclaim load the lyrics on the slide as it normally does?

William, I'm afraid I'm not entirely clear on what you're asking. If you wish to use certain graphics as backgrounds for your Song service items, you can go to the "Background" section of your Song service item and click the "File" link to add an image background from file.

If you are importing a Powerpoint presentation, you won't be able to then add lyrics or additional text to that once it is in Proclaim.
