Running Windows XP with Service Pack 3 and I can't get any video's to run. We even updated the video card and that didn't help.
Proclaim does not support third party codecs, such as 3ivx. You will want to uninstall these codecs to play your videos on your machine.
I needed to update my Windows Media Player and now it works great.
