I just downloaded the crossgrade and I and not seeing any of the new data set....no bible sense lexicon, no timelime, etc. What is the problem?

It never started the index. Installation is complete.
I just responded on another one of your posts that seems to be related to the same problem.
Do you see the Bible Sense Lexicon, Timline, and Biblical Facts tools under the tools menu?

Fred, I dont see any of that, but as I was on the phone with customer service and after about 15 minutes of ther program being opened, it finally started to download 1.33 GB of information, so maybe that it the stuff. Is this the way it works, I was expecting it to be quicker than that on the download.
