Having difficulty printing a screen shot, but on the upgrade page it shows I own 53 of 53 data sets of Keil and Delitzch Commentary set. I've done a thorough search of my library and can't find a single volume. Any thoughts?
Shawn,
My memory fails me, but what base package (L4 or L5) do you have?
Bible Study Library L4 but I've bought a lot of extra stuff through the years.
I think I see what you mean, and it may be a website error. This resource is actually 10 volumes contained in 1 resource.
It may be a bug on the website. Have you tried to update resources in Logos 4 (type in 'update now' in the command text box)? You should call Logos support to find out if you have the commentary or not. I don't recall whether Bible Study L4 base package originally included this resource or not.
David
Edit: I now think it is an error on the website. Did you recently upgrade to L5? If so, what upgrade path did you take?

It appears as though I am also having a problem with the screenshots. I pasted it, but it didn't show up. Lets try again.

The "Upgrade Page" screenshot still didn't work. Here is one from my library.
Erwin,
you need to use the paperclip icon on the top of the edit window to attach an image file (e.g. .png or .jpg should work), which will then be displayed as if you hat pasted the image. Copy paste, however, doesn't work.

I haven't upgraded yet and as far as I know I've never purchased K & D Commentaries. Oh well, my price will probably go up when they fix this! [:P]

Puzzling, since it is a single-volume resource in Logos, and—as noted above—it was 10 volumes in paper. Your upgrade price takes this supposed ownership into account. If Logos thinks you own it, you will not be charged for it. The resource should then download when you upgrade.

Believe you are a Windows user, so I can't help you with this.

Thanks NB; I'll try that. I do see what Shawn is speaking about, and I'm sure it's a website error.

Is this what you are speaking about?
It looks like this commentary set was only included in L4 Silver and above.

I can't comment on Shawns libray, but overall, the dynamic calculator for partly-owned resources seems to show "resources and datasets". We don't know which internal datasets are contained in a resource, especially the old ones from the pre-Logos 4 days which might have specific help files, custom menus, maybe even font files or graphics kept in different "resources and datasets". There's a thread out here some place where Bradley or Phil or Mike discusses this.
For me, K-D says I own 53 of 54 resources and datasets - I have everything except the one-volume resource with the actual (ten-volume-printed) commentary!
I think Logos is still working on the L5 upgrade website. Some resources don't show the ratio/fraction for me, while other resources do. The ratio that Shawn sees is not referring to the commentary. I don't know why it shows 53 out of 53 for the datasets, since he is using L4.
My "Upgrade" page shows that I own 54 of 54 resources and datasets, and I do own the K-D. Something to do with the calculator I guess. I can see where this would confuse someone. [:)]
They may be working on it as we speak/post. I don't recall seeing this under the description of a resource a few days ago.
Erwin your screen shot is correct. I figure it's just a website problem. Oh well, I wonder if they'll get all the calculator bugs out before the early discount period ends?
just to clarify for the developers: you're on L4, don't own K-D and see 53 of 53 there? Or 54 of 54?

Prayerfully. [:)]
This issue was commented on last week (by Phil I think) and there were some issues with this displaying correctly on the website. I don't remember the thread, maybe someone will.

Yes, I'm on L4 and it says I own (actually) 53 of 54 resources.

Ah, okay. So the crucial one is missing (as with me) and the display is consistent. Whether 54 is okay, or should be 1 or 10 (both at least better understandable to us end-users) I'll leave to Logos to decide.
on Windows, you have to use ALT + prt sc or it could be fn + ALT + prt sc. It will copy your screen shot.
Open Paint (it will be under your Programs - Accessories). Click on Edit - Paste. Save file as jpg, png or anything like it. Make sure you save it a directory you can get back to. When you come to post, click on attachment clip and open file when that window opens (load file) and it should show up. You can crop the image in Paint and save the file with the same name or another name. If I have confused you enough, please shoot me an email at navbalak AT googlemail DOT com.

It was mentioned in another thread that these partially owned resources stem from Logos' CD days. Books were technically stand alone products that frequently came bundled with some data sets and often a KJV Bible for example. So these "partially owned resources" are accounting for these free resources. Since these datasets were bundled for free they don't actually decrease the cost of the upgrade but they are there on some of the products, a vestigial limb if you will. I expect that Logos will find a way to screen these out eventually so there isn't this confusion on the upgrade page.
