Last Sunday (11/18) we were unable to log-in to proclaim, kept getting a message asking us to buy it or telling us to try again later. 1 hour before presentation, with a sermon particularly reliant on graphics and media, this was a problem. Tried multiple log-ins, multiple computers, multiple internet connections. Same problem.
Fortunately, the sermon subject was worry - great illustration of tech/worship/pastor fear coming true and nothing we could do about it... and service was a blessing.
Two hours later, hey presto! No problems.
