How do I find Greek inflection variants with Logos 4?

I have a problem, and I would greatly appreciate your assistance.
I want to do a study on the Greek word Ethnos, and all I could find were references to the generic word ἔθνος. However, online, I can also find variants (inflections) for this word, and it greatly expands my studies: http://lexicon.katabiblon.com/index.php?search=E%29%2FQNOS
My problem is that I want to be able to find these variants (inflections) within Logos. Is there a way in Logos to find inflections of a particular Greek word as I can easily find from the website above?
Thanks for your time.

Welcome to the forums. The feature you are looking for is "match all forms". If you click on the search icon in your search (magnifying glass on the upper left) you'll see the option.

I didn't think this had any affect on Greek searches. Am I wrong?

David - does a "lemma search" give you what you want?

Thanks for your help.
I have "Match all word forms" selected, but it's not offering me inflections or variants. It continues to only search for ἔθνος and it does not find the inflection ἔθνει which appears in Dan 9:6. I'm not sure this forum allows for screen-shots, but I could paste what I'm seeing if it helps.
The search parameters read: Search All Bible Text in Daniel in All bibles
I appreciate your time in these matters, and your assistance.

By the way, how did you insert screen shots? When I try, it looks fine when I compose it, but the images never publish.
Thanks.

Isn't that for English searches?
Silly me, expecting consistency again. [:$]

You use the paperclip - details at http://wiki.logos.com/Using_the_Forum#Adding_a_picture_to_a_Post
