I just opened my PB The Complete Commentary of Oecumenius on the Apocalypse and discovered that all of the accents appear over a circular placeholder rather than over the proper vowel.
This is the first time I opened it since installing L5.
Which font did you use? I did not have this problem with SBL Greek, but all the Greek was copied and pasted into Word rather than typed.

You may well have a point with your observation regarding copying versus typing. In copying there is a likelihood of precombined accents. In typing the accents and vowels are separate. I noticed that when I copied a section of text from the NT and created a (very small) PB from it everything appeared correct, but the files I had created in L4 (and which worked fine there) didn't appear correctly in L5.
