Proper book for the proper Solution

I am wondering if anyone has read a book that can be through logos that deals with biblical counseling on sexual abuse. I am a youth pastor and dont have the proper skills to properly lead people through it. Im not a certified counselor i understand that. Just looking for the best book out there to help me help others through some difficult time. Thanks you.
