Already Purchased Proclaim

I purchased an on-air license through proclaim last week. After creating a new group and logging back in, it now asks me to repurchase. No activation code or receipt was sent to my email. No activation code is available in the logos account. No way to access without buying another license. No active license line.

    Jordan, the licenses are associated with groups rather than users. So if you purchased the license for one group, it will remain with that group and you won't see it for this new group that you created. 

    If you feel you made a mistake in purchasing the license for your old group and would rather have it attached to your new group, please contact the Customer Service folks (the number is 800-875-6467, you can also find it on the main logos.com website) and they should be able to get you sorted.
