Indexer not staying paused

(L5Mac ... latest SR) * Pause Indexer in the menu bar * close MBP lid down * move to other side of room (optional !!!) * open lid to continue working ... the indexer starts working as well Expected behaviour: Paused until either * Manually restarted * Four hours have elapsed
