Indexer not staying paused

(L5Mac ... latest SR)

1. Pause Indexer in the menu bar
2. close MBP lid down
3. move to other side of room (optional !!!)
4. open lid to continue working ... the indexer starts working as well

Expected behaviour:

Paused until either

1. Manually restarted
2. Four hours have elapsed
