GraceWay Media

Hello. I recently purchased the GraceWay Media subscription through Proclaim software for $399.00. I saw in another post in the forum that there is the capability using motion backgrounds from GraceWay Media. I've scrolled down through the stills in My Content in Proclaim for several minutes and don't see any motion videos. Also there no longer are any stills in the store. I'm assuming when you get the subscription everything moves into My Content.

I need to know how to get to the motion Videos. I hope that I did not pay $399.00 for only stills or just a few motion videos. Please let me know how to get to the motion video backgrounds and how many may be available to me.

The motion videos are there, but they can be hard to find as there are so many Stills available to you. Proclaim does not yet handle large amounts of media very gracefully, though this is something we're working on.

I'd encourage you to contact Graceway Media. They should be able to help you get access to their library of still and motion backgrounds from their site.

That way, you could find your desired backgrounds and upload them into Proclaim directly.

I know your question was posted months ago, but I just stumbles across it. I have been a GraceWay Media for many years, even before it was GraceWay Media. When we first purchased the license for Proclaim, we were unable to link many of the motion and still slides, but particularly the newer ones. My solution was to download the desired motion slide from GraceWay onto my computer, and then upload it by inserting it as a file. I keep a window open on Graceway, so I can search for the slides I want and see them all. It's kind of a back door, but I have been doing it for several years now. The procedure is not optimal, but it works.
