Video playback in Procalim

I have been having strange video playback issues while running proclaim. I always locally upload my videos and have used various formats mainly .mov and .mp4. Regardless of format on several occassions during the service, but never during practice, my videos play without sound. I always check the volume on the screen and the computer. I always test them and have never had an issue except during a service. Generally, when I shut down Proclaim and then reopen the video plays with audio. We are using an iMac and never experienced this issue until the last 2 months. Any ideas?
