On both my machines (running Mountain Lion) searching for 'Proclaim' with Spotlight fails to find the application.
Proclaim is the only application on either machine that hides in this way.
Is it shy by design?

I'm running 10.8.2 and Spotlight pulls Proclaim up, no problem. So does Alfred, my main launcher. I wonder if you need to reindex Spotlight. It is funny that it would "hide" on both machines, though.
