projector not going full-screen

We just ordered Proclaim and are trying to get it up and running. When we go "on air", there are black bars on all 4 sides of the image being projected. We've tried both 4:3 and 16:9, but the result is the same. 4:3 makes the image a bit bigger, but it would be nice to have it stretch all the way. When we project straight from the computer to the projector (e.g., via Quicktime), we can go full-screen no problem, so it seems that it's Proclaim that's having problems.

You say there are "black bars on all 4 sides of the image being projected". Is this a custom image that you have manually added to the presentation, or one of the premade Proclaim SmartMedia slides? Does the "black bars" problem occur for all service items in the presentation, or only this one image?

It seemed to be for everything - manually added images, manually added videos, Graceway Media, etc.

Okay - I played around with it a bit more and it looks like it is working as intended. Our projector leaves a small area above and below the screen that is blank, regardless of what is being sent to it.

What dimensions should manual images be in order to be full screen like the SmartMedia backgronds?

Daniel, the 4:3 images are 1024 x 768 and the 16:9 images are 1920 x 1080.
