Changing order of service

Is it possible to change the "Order of Service" to add a new section? We have 2 worship services, with a different song selection in each. It would be nice if we could have one presentation file for the day, but a different section in the "order of worship" for each service. In other words, it might look like:

Pre-service loop

warm-up

service - 8:30

service - 11:00

Post-service loop

Is this possible or planned?

Hello Chris,

Currently this functionality is not available, however there is still a feature that will save you work in this case.

If you click on the open menu to bring up your presentations and then right-click a presentation (control click on Mac) you can duplicate that presentation. This will allow you to make your 8:30 presentation, duplicate it, and then just change the start-time and song-selection (and re-name it for easier organization if you wish).

Thanks Jeremy - I hope this is a feature that's being planned. The current process you describe is both inefficient and problematic from the perspective of making changes to common elements. For instance, if I make changes to the sermon in one, I may forget to make those same changes in the other. Essentially I have to duplicate my work for the parts of the service that are the same, and hope that I duplicate it correctly every time.

This is something that we would like as well. We do a Praise and Worship service at 10:30, before the main service at 11:00. I would like to have Praise and Worship broken out so that I can easily tell where I am and transition seamlessly to Morning Worship.

Hey Lee, adding additional ability to group slides (and collapse the groupings) is on our backlog. That said, I can't tell you a definitve date for when this will happen. We are aware of the need and looking into solutions. Thanks for your feedback!
