Customize button closes program...!?!

We are adding some new songs with new back grounds and are unable to customize the lyric fonts due to the program crashing. We have installed the latest program update tried changing backgrounds and reinstalling the program...no beans! please advise.

The fourth post in the forum includes instructions for providing program logs.

These are important when trying to diagnose the underlying cause of program crashes.

I guess the developers will need them in your case.
