Tagging Backgrounds

I have uploaded new backgrounds.  How do I tag them after I have uploaded them without deleting the background and and uploading it again?

    There is not currently a way to add tags to previously-uploaded media. We are working on a number of improvements to the Media Management system in Proclaim.
