Bug - Need Immediate Help

Proclaim will not open and I have been having this issue since the update on the 12/4. If I click to open the logging in screen will pop up for 8 to 10 seconds then just go away. Does this every time. I downloaded updates yesterday and today as well still same thing. I need this for church in morning, so I need this fixed if you want to continue to get our business.
