Created a new presentation at home. Everything was working there. Came to church, did a sync an none of the videos will play. We have a service starting in 5 hours...
Did you upload those videos to the Proclaim cloud and sync or did you set them to be local only?
Otherwise, you can add them back to the presentation if you have the video files locally at the church.

Yes, they were originally done via cloud sync. When I got to church, everything download fine, or so it seemed. There were no errors and I had the green light from proclaim. When I attempted to play the videos, in both Preview and On Air. I then attempted to run them locally to no avail. I then uninstalled proclaim, deleted the data and media cache folders, reinstalled and synced. Still to no avail. Ended up bring in my laptop from home and using it, which wasn't ideal because of audio issues. There was not crash, so there isn't a crash file but I've uploaded the log file from just now when recreating the issue. The PC is Windows 7 with the latest patches. The 2 PCs I tried at home, one windows 8 and the other windows 7, both worked fine.
