I'm confused about video in warm-up section

Hello.  We have used videos for our 5-minute countdown in the warm-up section since September 2012.  They worked well, would start automatically and would automatically stop and advance to the first slide in the service at the designated service start time.

However, for the last couple of weeks, they are stuck in a continuous loop and I am not able to edit the settings to change this.

Has something changed for video in the warm-up section?  Is there a way to work around this?

That should still be working fine. If you're using background audio try removing that and see if it now automatically advances.
