Rear Projection Screen (confidence display) not Working

The rear projection screen is stuck on the first slide... As I scroll through the various slides, it doesn't change.  I have tried restarting, reloading, and even designing a new service.  I am running Windows 7.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks!

I'm not able to reproduce this problem. Could you please provide log files and the details about your setup? Instructions for posting log files can be found here: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/39446.aspx
