Yearly Subscription Question

I'm evaluating a number of packages for our (very small) church.

Is the yearly subscription fee required to run the software EACH YEAR?  In other words, if we register for the first year, will the software stop working if we fail to renew the subscription?  Or will we just lose the online aspects (upload of services, signals, etc), but we will still be able to save locally and go live to a projector?

The Proclaim software doesn't stop working without a subscription - in fact, all of the features are available including going live to a projector. This allows people to evaluate and fully test the software without purchasing a licence.

However, without a licence a "Watermark" is displayed when on air (as below) so it is needed for presenting to an audience.

Yes - Proclaim is run on a subscription model - you pay each year and receive upgrades etc within that cost.
