What Are Groups

Can someone please explain the idea behind groups? I purchased a liscence for a group and I just dont get how that works. Does everyone have access to open up my group or access the group? If so, can I close that off? Also how does someone else have the ability to log in and setup their slides?

The idea behind groups is that you can delegate some of the preparation work to other people. Eg Notices, Sermon, Hymns.

If you go to your account name in the top right hand corner of the Proclaim screen and click on the down arrow you will see a 'Set up Groups' option.

You can there set up an open or closed group, invite members to sign in and remove members at you (being the licence owner) wish.

Or you can do none of the above and keep the program all to yourself.
