Help: Videos is Pre-Service Loop
I have 2 29 sec videos that we played in media shout without any problems. Now that I have switched us over to proclaim, it not play in the pre-service loop. It will play in outside of the pre-service loop, but not in it.

I have a similar problem... it exists in both pre and post loops. The video will be skipped and not played, unless it is the only thing in the loop (I did not try 2 videos in loop, so I don't know if the limitation is only one type of entry or only a quantity of one entry).

Do these videos have a duration listed below in the Order of Service or Horizontal Timeline? We are experiencing issues where videos show up with a duration of 0 seconds.

They are showing up with a 0 in the timeline. They are both 29 sec videos.

When will the next update happen? Do I need to plan to show the videos at church this sunday some other way?
