For some reason, when I upload a video (in either .avi or .wmv format) it does not have the length of the video associated with it. Therefore, when I place it in the "Warm-Up" section it does not run properly. What am I doing wrong?
So far, I have uploaded the same video in .mpg, .avi and .wmv formats and all three are uploading with no length (min/sec). They also do not show up on My Content when I add a video. They do show up in the My Content when i add a Content slide and add the video as a background, however when it plays there is no sound. HELP!

I have been able to reproduce that bug. I have notified our developers who will be investigating the problem.
In the meantime, I apologize for the inconvenience.
This has been fixed with an update to Proclaim in December. Let us know if you run into this issue again.
