I have found that whenever I add and upload a video in the preservice loop it will set the time for the video to 0 seconds.
I am having the same issue. See my other posts. Hopefully someone from Proclaim will respond.
I have been able to reproduce that bug. I have notified our developers who will be investigating the problem.
