I have a PC running Windows 7 (Upgrade from XP. 2MB Ram and a 500 GB HD with nothing on it. When install Proclaim and try to open it it gives me a message of Verifying Application Requirements and icon goes to bottom of screen. When I click on it, program tries to open but can"t.
